Delivery & Returns

Have you tried tracking your shipment using the carrier link or tracking number that was relayed to the email address provided on your order? If you have yet to receive your tracking information, please let us know and we will send it your way.

If you are noticing a significant delay or believe your package has been lost in transit, we will be more than happy to help. Please email support@mailegusa.com with your order number and/or first and last name under the shipping address. We will research the issue along with providing next steps.

Returns

Domestic Returns

We believe that returns should be stress free, which is why we want to provide you with a return shipping label at no additional cost. Print it out, attach it to the package you are returning, and send it off – free of charge.

Returns are only eligible for purchases through our direct website, maileg.com. The items must be unused and in their original condition, accompanied with the original Maileg product packaging and tags. So basically, in the state you received them.

Once your order has been delivered, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact support@mailegusa.com and we will relay your return shipping label via email. *All purchases must be returned within 60 days of receiving your order.

We do not allow our authorized retailers to sell Maileg product through Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or any other third party marketplace. Therefore, we will not honor any return requests or accept warranty claims associated with these sales channels.

Maileg USA will not honor any return requests or accept any warranty claims for items purchased through an overseas retailer.

Canadian Returns

This is where things can get a little tricky. Canadian orders are not eligible for complimentary return shipping, due to Customs restrictions.

All packages being returned to Maileg USA from outside the United States must be marked on the OUTSIDE of the box as “Return of Merchandise” to avoid additional taxes, customs/duties, and brokerage fees being assessed. Any paperwork filled out for the return shipment should also indicate that the “Return of Merchandise” was previously purchased from Maileg USA along with the date of the original purchase. This will eliminate any confusion that it is a return for which customs/duties/taxes have already been paid for.

 

Canadian returns not identified as “Returned Merchandise” will be subject to a chargeback for any taxes, customs/duties, and brokerage fees passed on to Maileg USA.

Please contact support@mailegusa.com before returning any item so that we can ensure your refund is executed expeditiously and address any additional questions you might have.

Shipping

Maileg USA only ships to the United States and Canada, but below is a link with the contact information for each of our international distribution teams that might be able to accommodate you in your area:

Orders shipping within the domestic United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, are eligible for Free Shipping with no minimum required. This service will be determined by the weight of your package and could take up to 7 business days to receive once shipped, depending on the final destination (we ship from Alpharetta, GA).

Puerto Rico is not included in our free shipping offer and is subject to shipping charges.

All other eligible shipping services and rates will be calculated at checkout. The calculated rates shown from USPS are just anticipated delivery times and not guaranteed.

We encourage you to select a UPS expedited shipping service if you need by a specific date.

Orders placed between Friday 9am EST – Sunday will ship out the following week. We do not process orders over the weekend.

During periods of high volume, especially November and December, we may experience order processing delays between 1-3 business days.

If eligible in your area, we offer the following shipping options using USPS and UPS:

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business days depending on location)
USPS Priority Mail Express (1 Business day)
UPS Ground (2-5 Business days depending on location)
UPS 3 Day Select (3 Business days)
UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business days)
UPS Next Day Air Saver (1 Business day; delivers by 3:00pm or 4:30pm to most commercial destinations, by end of day for residential location)
UPS Next Day Air (1 Business day; delivers to most ZIP codes and businesses by 12:00pm)
UPS Next Day Air Early (1 Business day; delivers as early as 8:00am to most major cities in the U.S. or by 9:30am to most other cities)

Canadian Shipping Services

Canadian rates are integrated and transparent at checkout. These rates are determined by UPS and include the brokerage fees, duties, and taxes assessed by your local government, ensuring a seamless delivery.
